You can't seem to attract (or keep) the right people. You're micromanaging, firefighting,  feeling let down, or still trying to do everything on your own. It feels like control is the only thing holding it together. That's exhausting for everyone.

There's always more to do, and never enough time to do it. You're juggling too many roles, reacting instead of creating, and losing the space to breathe. You keep saying "things will settle soon" but they never do.
