A Word From Lisa
I spent thirty years in business — long enough to want to find a better way of doing it.
For years now, I've been studying the business practices where head and heart actually work together. It genuinely excites me. I love finding them, testing them, and sharing them with people who are ready for something different.
Because I've come to believe these practices are a path to a different kind of business. Happier. Healthier. More resilient. One that asks less of your energy and your stress, and gives back more vitality, more adaptability, more profit, and — honestly — more pleasure in the day-to-day of running it for everyone.
A business like that does more good. It works in alignment with the people in it, the planet around it, and human thriving generally — not against any of them.
I've never understood work-life balance. It always sounded like two armies negotiating a truce. Work is part of life. It should move with it, not against it.
So I built Heartpreneur on that bet: that creativity, intuition, and connection are intelligence — not soft skills you get to once the "real work" is done. Business needs them as much as it needs a spreadsheet.
Our metrics start with life — time, freedom, health, impact, contribution. The business metrics matter. They just come second.
