Lisa McCarthy

Over the past 30 years, I’ve had the privilege of working with more than 500 business owners across industries, continents, and multiple exciting adventures - from start up to maturity - from healing to technology.

That journey has included a Master’s degree in Commerce, and roles as a corporate executive, an award-winning business coach, and co-owner of an international foundation for social entrepreneurs. I also served as General Manager of a high-growth business incubator, where I created a world-leading Entrepreneur Development Programme, toured behind the scenes at Google, Apple, Stanford, and Xerox PARC, and swapped stories with one of Silicon Valley’s Top 10 Most Influential People.

What Did I Learn?

That the best strategies aren’t found in textbooks or tech giants. They’re found in living and nature - and yes, there are maps we can follow to help us find them.
